Meditation
An experiential course designed to
inform participants on the effects of meditation throughout a four week
practice. From direct experience each participant experiences how meditation
creates deeply relaxed states; clears thinking; aids problem solving; reduces
stress responses; and creates personal wellness.
Retreats
Retreats include: Rites of
passage; developing self-care rituals; and visioning life’s purpose.
Reiki Level 1-3
Reiki (ray-key), derived from a 3,000-year-old
energy-based healing technique, engages the innate healing properties of the
body, mind and spirit. As a
unique healing system, Reiki is an essential tool for restoring health,
enhancing wellness and personal growth. Reiki helps maintain longevity for
professional clinicians and body workers. Reiki is an easy and safe way to
reduce the effects of stress and restore vitality naturally and effectively
while inducing deep relaxing restorative states that leads to inner peace.
